Adams (SIMA) fundraises all year and our hard work culminates in the Spring Awards including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Ruby Award for an outstanding woman in our community. SIMA donates to a charity of the recipient&#8217;s choosing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Live Your Dream Award (LYDA) for deserving women in the community pursuing career development and education. SIMA provides cash awards for these recipients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth Citizenship Award (YCA) for local high school senior girls that have made an impact in the community.
